To calculate shipping rates
to your country simply add the items you
wish to purchase to your shopping cart and start the checkout process. Every transaction is completed in US dollars, we do not convert funds. Please check with your credit card issuing bank for a current exchange rate.
International Customers outside Canada
(UK, etc.)
International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express.
Transit times are 2-3 business days, excluding customs delays,
for most locations.
Items marked "
Heavy" will incur additional shipping and handling charges that are not reflected in the checkout process. In some cases these items can not be shipped internationally. Buyer's are required
to pay applicable duties, taxes upon delivery. Charges from All-Wall
Equipment do not include these fees, and will be collected by the
carrier at time of delivery. Please check with your local tax authority
for applicable duties and taxes. Buyer's who refuse to pay the associated
duties, taxes or brokerage fees will be responsible for the original
shipping costs plus the return shipping costs to All-Wall Equipment.
Merchandise fees will be issued once items are returned.
International Customers will be responsible for any duties
and/or taxes levied, and will be payable upon delivery. Please check
with your local tax authority for tax/duty rates on imported goods.
Canadian Customers
Most orders to Canada are shipped via UPS ground, see below the chart below for your rates. Brokerage charges are the duties and costs of importing goods across the Canadian border. Shipping time is 3-6 business days. All-Wall collects GST, PST or HST. Items marked as LTL may incur additional charges for brokerage and extended area handling.
