Unless otherwise stated, All-Wall will accept merchandise in good, clean, working condition without penalty for a period of 30 days from the date-of-purchase. After 30 days, used merchandise that is found to be defective will, at All-Wall’s sole discretion and accordance with manufacturer warranty, be exchanged or repaired without additional charges. Returns WILL NOT be accepted after 30 days from date-of-purchase. Texture Sprayers must be returned within 15 days from date of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer responsible for return shipping charges. Returns WILL NOT be accepted after 60 days from date-of-purchase. TO RETURN MERCHANDISE, YOU MUST CALL (800) 929-0927 TO OBTAIN A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA). Returns without an (RMA) will not be accepted.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All-Wall also offers payment through PAYPAL and E-Check. Paypal orders must be shipped to a validated address. E-Check orders must allow 3-7 days for funds to clear before shipment. Please contact our office for information on wire transfers. Orders may also be placed by phone with any of the above payment options. All-Wall does not offer COD. All prices are listed and sold in US Dollars only.

We know of
no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system
over the Internet. All credit card numbers are SSL encrypted using
128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our
computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Tax
Charges
Tax will be
applied to Washington State (WA) and Nevada (NV) residents only, as we employee specialists in each state
and are required by law to charge State Sales Tax. U.S. orders placed
from outside the state of Washington we not be charged sales tax.
International and Canadian customers will be responsible for duties,

Back Orders
If your item
is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed
with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Most of the products we carry are in stock and on our shelves, as
we try to keep back ordering to a minimum.
How long will it take to get my order?
All-Wall now ships from our two warehouse locations, Las Vegas, NV and Kirkland, WA.
Standard shipping for catalog and website orders is UPS ground and can be expected to arrive in 4-6 business days
once the order has been processed. Automatic taping tool repair parts are shipped sperately via USPS priority
mail unless otherwise specified. Average delivery time is 2-3 business days on automatic taping tool parts orders. 24 Hour shipping.
Standard in-stock merchandise generally ships within 24 hours once the order is placed. Orders placed via All-Wall.com on weekends are generally processed the next business day. Please note that transit times listed are calculated in business days only (excluding weekends and holidays).

if I need faster shipping? UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day, among
other options, are also available. US CUSTOMERS THAT REQUIRE AIR
SHIPPING MUST CALL 1.800.929.0927 (EMAIL REQUESTS WILL NOT BE EXECUTED).
All-Wall customer service will provide information and pricing on
air shipping options. Once an order has left our facility we cannot
change the shipping method, so please contact customer service M-F

What is a "Heavy Item" and does this apply to my order? A "Heavy Item" is defined with the icon shown at left. Heavy items fall outside of the standard shipping rules for domestic air shipments and all international shipments. Quoted internet shipping fees may not be accurate, and All-Wall reserves the right to refuse expedited service levels on Heavy Items. We strongly suggest calling (800) 929-0927 before placing expedited orders for any Heavy Items.
How can I track or check on an order? All-Wall makes tracking your order quick and easy. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information, simply click on the tracking number to track your order. You can also call our Customer Service Center for your tracking information, assistance in order tracking and general inquiries at 1(800) 929-0927. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24-48 hours. For up-to-date information on the status of your order check your email or call. International customers can dial 1(425) 823-7022.
